RecommendedI recommend this place simply because of the Dr.'s and nursing staff. Hands down the most compassionate and understanding. Brittany is very sweet and considerate! The only downside is you have to deal with the rude office personnel and horrible billing departments. Extremely long wait time just to check in, absolutley no regard for patient privacy by the front desk. Sometimes you have to suffer for the greater good.
Everybody at the office was very nice. They took their time and listened to my symptoms. And I feel that the doctor did a thorough check up. If I’m ever sick again I will definitely go back to that urgent care

The tall blonde older nurse is very rude! Everyone else in the office was nice and helpful. Someone needs to teach that lady some bed side manners. It’s not hard to treat people with kindness!!! Especially when it’s your job to help take care of sick people.
This place sucks. You wait forever and when you ever do get to see someone the care sucks. They sent my son out of there last time and said he only had a stomach virus based on only having low grade fever and never swabbed for the flu. Turns out when we went another doctor that day that swabbed him he had influenza A. I wish the other doctor still owned the place.

When I was unable to get a last minute appointment with my primary doctor I knew I had to be treated and fast. This location is just down the road from my house and I decided to stop in. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr Southe had such a pleasant bedside manner and listened to all my concerns. He ran the appropriate test, explained all medication options, and provided me with a doctor's note for work. I was in and out in less than an hour.
