I was very impressed. They were very attentive and efficient. I had the very best care.
I checked in with a bad ear ache. There was only one other patient in the waiting room. At that time no one told me that there would be a wait. When I wasn't called in for 30 minutes, I asked how long I'd have to wait and was told it would be another 30 minutes. I still waited as I was in agony by then. At the end of the whole hour when I asked, they said it would be ANOTHER 30 minutes!!! That's when I cut my losses and left! I can't even begin to express how frustrated and disappointed I am. I am not about bashing others post as I obviously wasn't there for their experience. However, I have visited this facility twice over the last 18 months and have found it to be an efficient and pleasant experience with a very professional team.. I would recommend this facility highly based on my 2 experiences.
The Doctors here are really nice, and the nurses are great too

The front desk personnel Alex was very pleasant and had a very up beat personality. My nurse Andrea was very nice also. The wait a little long but I was glad I was able to be seen to find out that I was okay. Thank you for all your help! Tressie
