I did the web check-in first thing in the morning and they called right away for me to come in. Melissa at the front desk, Nicole (nurse/clinic manager) and Dr Clark were all terrific. In and out, no muss, no fuss. And I'm feeling better already, should've gone sooner.
This is a very busy sick season and I appreciate their diligence in getting people in. I did web check-in and waited comfortably at my home until I receive the call that they were ready for me. The staff was very pleasant as well as the doctor. Thank you so much!
My mom cut her hand pretty bad and she needed stitches. They took us back right away and the doctor was great. She talked my mom through everything she did and kept her calm. Friendly staff and informative.
My 12 year old fell on her wrist at soccer this weekend and there was obviously something wrong. We left directly from the field and went to 3 different urgent care facilities. CareNow was the only one with an X-ray tech on site. My daughter was seen within 30 minutes, X-rays taken, broken wrist confirmed and treatment started. As parents we couldn't have asked for a more caring and efficient group. From the receptionist all the way through the checkout, everyone was genuinely concerned for my child.
The staff were super friendly and eager to help. The doctor was thorough and gave me prompt assistance in addressing my issue and you felt comfortable enough to tell him basically anything. Wait time was less than I was quoted. And they have guest wifi in the event you have to try to get something done such as work. Overall, a pleasant experience and, while I hope I don't have to go back, I know I could with a good degree of confidence.
