Outstanding staff, Jay was an expert in drawing blood and making it stress free!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the treatment by the doctor. Will definitely use again, if needed.
I was able to get an appointment quickly but the wait was long and it took two hours to see the doc. The nurse who took my vitals complained about how poorly all the rooms were stocked, which didn't inspire confidence. Another medical assistant came in to quickly administer tests and complained about being called in on his day off. During my extended wait, I kept overhearing the staff complain about how poorly run the place was. Francisca was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was quite a wait but they were low on staff. She made the best of a bad situation and did not lose her cool due to being under staffed. Dr Miwa was friendly and appeared to know what he was doing.
