Everyone in this office was very nice and welcoming during my visit. They explained everything in simple terms and provided helpful information.
The customer service is definitely a 5....I only rated a 4 because of the time of visit....For ones that are fear ful of dentist then the long visit could discourage a return visit....I wish Michelle had an assistant so that she wouldnt have had to measure my teeth stop put the number in the computer which took up a lot of extra time...also it would have speed up time when she was doing my procedure that they assistant could have been sucking up the water...the atmosphere was great just disappointed at the long visit...would... read more

Thank you for your constructive criticism. Michelle actually does have an assistant who was there that day. We do use help if we can to chart the numbers. However, our hygienists are efficient on handling this on their own when someone isn't nearby. The 1st visits are typically longer as we have more images and assessments to complete as a baseline. However, going forward, you will have shorter appointment lengths. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your visit and we greatly appreciate your recommendation.
Friendly and informative staff, I felt well taken care of. This is the best dental experience I've ever had as far as having to get dental work done. I felt almost no pain from start to finish, pretty amazing. Dr. Miller is pleasant, informative, thorough, skilled, and kind. I chose this place because they were open on the weekend (my regular one wasn't, and not returning calls) and I had an emergency, but I am going to make this my new dental office going forward.

Glad they were open on a Saturday, quick in and out. Had to get my bridge re-glued on... in and out in 45 minutes with no problems. Dentist was knowledgeable and friendly.
