Have been seeing Dr. Frank for several years now and really enjoy her competency, friendly service, and skilled staff. Appointment reminders are sent. The office manager is a great help on the insurance paper work. Dr. Frank helped me resolve an infected implant issue. I trust her services and she has referred me out to other dental providers when it is outside her scope of services. Outstanding! Most professionals are competent in their technical skills, which these people are. What sets them apart are their people skills. Their ability to increase comfort as well as educate sets them above others.
Dr. Frank and her staff have taken care of my entire family for years . They always work with your schedule and they are professional . Everyone is so friendly . Very happy with my dentist .
The staff was warm, friendly, and professional. I mean everyone. My first impression of the clerical support team was one of folks reaching out to put me at ease. I was advised of what to expect with regard to wait time.The doctor explained my options in lay language and simple terms. She answered all my questions.
