RecommendedDr Victoria Adeleye, nurse Shannon Williams and patient rep Samantha Morseman were excellent today. They provide I formation and help to me. My visit went very smoothly.
I visited CareNow in Magnolia seeking treatment for my twin daughters. I explained to them the OTC treatments I had already utilized that did not work and asked what treatment they used. They assured me they had treatment worthy of a physician. Then to my surprise they walk in with the exact same OTC (store brand and all) I had told them did not work, needless to say I refused this treatment and left. I moved to area less than a year ago and have used them twice now for minor but urgent problems. Not knowing the area or doctors, they treated me and gave me suggestions on how to find primary care docs. I have one now but is easier to go to Urgent care and walk right in and get immediate care. Dr Ross, Tykeia, Holly, and Samantha took quick care of me yesterday and feeling so much better now.
Best experience for my unfortunate urgent need. This location is truly an "Urgent Care" facility. Very professional and expeditious. Also, they were friendly - as they were doing their work. That was nice! I had no issues with paperwork & insurance. I would totally recommend this location and staff.
I had the most pleasant experience with Care Now and the staff there. Dr. Adeleye was very professional. She took the time to listen to my medical issues and preceded to provide the best possible medical care. She was very caring and helpful. She even gave me printouts explaining my diagnosis and results.
Went to this clinic this morning and saw Dr. Adeleye, who was very attentive she heard my concerns and address each one, Shannon, is friendly, as is Ketra Persinger, it was a fast visit in and out under 1 hour thank you all so much I will be back
Dr. Ross, the nurse Susan, and Samantha at the front desk did an excellent job taking care of me start to finish. Easy check in/out, took their time explaining everything to me, and had my rx ready to pick up at the Target next door when I arrived. Thank you!
Dr. Adeleye is the most thorough and caring doctor I have ever met! She listens attentively and takes appropriate action! (not commonplace with the doctors I have previously seen at other practices). She is knowledgeable and professional! The front desk staff (Miss Shird) and Medical Assistant (Miss Jefferson) were friendly and helpful.
