We came to this location to have my child tested for COVID. He was showing symptoms. I had an appointment scheduled at 3:45. We did not get called back until 4:45 where I had to tell the doctor what to do. They did test for COVID but I had to ask for his ears and throat to be checked. They did not listen to his lungs or check oxygen. The doctor told us he may have an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. When asked if we should quarantine he said “Yeah probably”. Where do I even begin. I came in for a covid test because I was very ill, test came back negative. Okay fine, So I go back to this useless place tell them my lungs hurt and doctor said “sounds like a normal virus” I had to beg to receive xrays, then the doctor said they were all clear. Then the radiologist said they weren’t clear. Did the doctor even look? So they swabbed me again for covid within 4 days of each other. Did no other testing even though I said I feel like I have pneumonia. What a shock, my covid test came back... read more

If I could give the front desk lady a rating it would be 5!!! The online check in was convenient and easy. I wasn’t going to say anything else about my visit but I feel obligated to express my feelings. I’m a very compassionate person by nature. I always try to put myself in someone else’s shoes. However, when I was called into a room and the nurse came in, I tried very hard to be compassionate. Here I am, feeling worse than I have in a long time (or I wouldn’t have been there).
