RecommendedHad a blocked ear that I couldn’t hear out of for two days. Very fortunate when I walked in, I was the only patient. Amy K very efficiently took all my medical and insurance information. Took my vitals. Dr Derrick Bailey asked a few more questions, then examined my ear. Discussed and explained the procedure to remedy the problem, then proceeded. Excellent “bedside” manner. I’m a snowbird and don’t have a PCP here. I would not hesitate to return should I have another medical problem. I highly recommend this location.

I had a urinary tract infection that came on in the afternoon. I was thrilled that you were open, took me immediately, and treated me with compassion. Michelle was absolutely wonderful and explained everything in detail. I had a very positive experience and am so glad that Urgent Care was there to help me
