Everyone was so professional and nice
Despite checking in online and completing all the necessary forms beforehand, we were still made to wait for 1.5 hours. Although the list clearly showed us as first in line, the front desk staff chose to let someone else go ahead. There was a complete lack of politeness and consideration for us as patients.
I checked in online to save time in the waiting room. Finished all the paperwork before coming in and received a text at 5:10pm that they were ready for. So I came inside to check-in assuming they were ready for me. It is now 6:10pm and I’m still sitting in the lobby waiting for my turn. What was the point of checking in online?
I got in and out very fast. The PA, Doctor, and front desk were incredibly helpful and nice. I am so glad and thankful I chose to see them.
