I came to this Urgent Care expecting a simple visit with a nurse practitioner for what appears to be the flu. Instead, I was greeted by one of the most unhelpful and dismissive front desk experiences I’ve had. When it was time to pay, my Mexican credit card required a PIN, which is standard for many cards issued in Mexico. Their outdated payment terminal wouldn’t process it.
