Terrible customer service
The reception area was clean, quiet and welcoming. Receptionist greeted me as I walked in. She was pleasant and professional. I waited about two minutes and was called to enter to the exam room by Pedro. Pedro was also professional and polite while taking my vitals. Dr Simpson came in shortly after. The dr asked appropriate questions and followed through with examine my ears and neck. He told me what he found and was going to prescribe ear drops and allergy nasal spray.
