Online appointment procedure is nothing but a scam to get you to commit. Their system showed only two people ahead of me 20 minutes prior to appointment time. Arrived with 5 people in office ALL were seen prior to me. Finally taken back for care nearly a hour after appointment time. Then another 20 minute wait to see a PA, not a doctor. Nothing URGENT about care!!! Total time over 2 hours!!!!!!
They were busy so gave we an opportunity to ck in and put on a wait list then texted me as to when I would be seen. Pretty efficient. Good care

PA was knowledgeable and nurse was nice BUT checked on online before for appt. They gave at 2:40 p.m. got a text telling me A couple of people ahead should be seen at 2:42 p.m. instead we did get into a room til 3:20 p.m. and didn't get out until just before 4:30 p.m. Their appt online seems to be a scam. Also when you take a photo of id and insurance card, their system will not read it properly so they ask for it, making their online check in WORTHLESS!!!
