Dr Smith was wonderful. Took the time to explain what was wrong with me. I felt so much better afterwards. Definitely recommended. This is my “to go place” for here on and the fact that it’s open 7 days a week and not a waiting period like a hospital.
Do not go here! You’re better off to go to the emergency room. Will cost the same amount, probably be faster and at least you will leave with medicine. The prices advertised on the wall and online are false.
The people here are awesome. From the time I walked in and signed in everyone made me feel like they cared. Then when the doctor came in I was shocked. First thing the doctor did was introduce himself and shook my hand. He is a very young Dr but has the best bedside manners I’ve ever seen. While waiting on tests he kept checking on me and kept me updated. And when he was done he explained what needed to be done,thanked me and shook my hand again. Dr Pierre was great. When I arrived I was told it would be at least a 1.5 hr wait, which was not ideal, but I understood. 3 hours and 15 minutes later I was taken into the back, screened by a very nice nurse who has clearly been run ragged with low staff and only 1 doctor on site. Not sure what the other options are, but I won’t be coming here again. The “new owners” don’t allow more than 1 doctor on site, even during season, and when you do walk-in, you’re also waiting with people who did the “web check-in”. Dr. Sanford is a caring & compassionate doctor! Always has my best interest at heart and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! All my medical needs are met here or they refer me out which has only happened twice! I refer all my friends & family to Care Now & Dr. Sanford! Staff is right on the money as well! Thanks to all the staff & Dr. Sanford for caring about your patients!
Dr Sandford is a great doctor. Since it is a walk in clinic there can be very long waits. But they have convenient hours and courteous staff. It is never a waste of time to go there. They are thorough.
As usual long wait for Dr. Bogle to do nothing. “Its viral” is the only diagnosis he knows. My son missed nearly a week of school. Since HCA took over, this facility has a longer wait than any area emergency room. Need more providers on duty at all times. And...they just happened to be out of the medication that was prescribed that should have been included in our contractual visit. Way to go HCA...keep up the quality work! Care Now!? Ha! Care Later is a better name!
