Brian Johns is fantastic! His bedside manner is on point. He is kind and will always listen to your history. He answers questions thoroughly and never makes you feel rushed or that you are taking up his "time." The nursing staff is always friendly and willing to help. Using the web log in cuts down on so much time having to sit and wait. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes from the time of arrival to be called back. Overall, they set the standard!

I LOVE Care Now Donelson. I have been seen 3 times since January 2019. Each visit allowed me to check in online & receive a phone call minutes later to come on in. I was greeted and taken care of by top notch professionals including my favorite & best Medical Assistant ever, Jacara, and PA Brian Johns. Each visit I was prescribed treatment to get me well ASAP. In town for a week long business trip, my ears stopped up so bad I could barely hear. I was seen by Dr LeAndrea Lockridge & Julie Ann. They were AMAZING! Julie Ann blasted through an ear wax build-up and I could hear again as perfectly as I could before. They were both so kind and patient with me. Thank you for saving my trip!

Front desk warned me that there was a 2 hour wait. I could sign in online and go home to wait. They called me to come back almost 1 1/2 hours later. So I was able to wait at home. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because dr forgot to call in prescription for the coughing spasms. I had to call back the next day for this. It would have been nice to have that script sooner

I was told they would try to run my insurance. Once I arrived, they said they couldn't take my insurance. So I paid cash. Week later I got a bill for $25. I called and asked how i could be billed when I paid cash. They said oh you have to pay your Co-pay. I said I paid cash. He said oh, well what you pay in the store is an estimate. I said how can that be, I PAID CASH. I asked the man on the phone what other business charges you for a product, then sends a bill for more later. Another healthcare rip off. Will never be back.

I was there exactly one week ago. I get tested for strep throat and pneumonia to be told he thinks it’s just viral. Gives me a decongestant for the cough and a steroid shot and a steroid pack. If you don’t feel better in 3 to 4 days call me back. I call back because I am still sick only to be told you need to be reevaluated and oh pay us another $60 for not feeling better.Its not viral I need antibiotics my gosh just give me some antibiotics.

I was very hesitant to visit any of these URGENT CARE clinics but,I visited the Donelson location today where I was greeted and welcomed by a gentleman named Josh,who was such a Professional.He assisted me with my Insurance and other pre-visit paperwork and assured me that help is on the way.I then met a nurse named April who was so kind and concerned about my condition,she is also a credit to this staff.
