do not go here for your workman comp claims. the doctor will lie. and still keep you out of work for three days but still claim your pain is not work related. horrible business
I had a web check in at 0730 this morning and got my 1st call at 0813. That I would be seen at 0915. I arrived at 0900 only to be informed that my appointment was pushed back a hour. So I leave and waiting for my next call it comes in at 1003. I arrive a few minutes later and have been setting here for a hour now and still not being seen. I was seen by Danielle Miller, PA-C on 06/26/2018 and she told me that I have fluid behind both eardrums and she stated that it is a sinus infection; she wrote it up as "Other allergic rhinitis" and prescribed Bromfed but NO ANTIBIOTIC. When I called the clinic I got attitude from both people and NO resolution. Don't expect competent service if you go to this location.
We were in Vegas visiting family when my daughter started feeling really ill. We wanted to avoid going to an emergency room, so we found CareNow on Craig & Layton and decided to give it a try. Before coming into the office we called to ensure they accepted Tricare. My daughter's visit was quick and after being prescribed the medicine she needed for strep she was back to herself in no time. From the front desk person Kianna to the Nurse Juan and even the provider David was the sweetest most pleasant health care experience my family and I have had in Las Vegas. Every place we've gone has been pure Hell... Please keep up the good work everyone at the CareNow on Craig and Clayton
I really loved the fast and courteous service.All the staff were very nice...
After my 9yr old son was "treated" so poorly @ the facility on Ann/Camino Al Norte, we opted to go to this clinic the following night when his eardrum became so inflamed he was in tears and could hardly bare the pain. All of the staff here were super super-friendly 100% thorough with their questions for me and my son and after all was said and done my son was actually very ill thank God I decided to go somewhere else otherwise he might be deaf right now
They sent me to the hospital any ways didn't do anything but verify my double ear infection... Didn't wanna touch my eye...
Great staff and friendly and professional.... The PA was awesome.
