I set up an appointment in the night using their website. Clinic opens at 8. My appointment was at 8:08. All paperwork filed ahead of time. Wasn’t called into the back until 8:38. The care provider suggested not taking the entire round of antibiotics or not telling my surgeon about my new prescription. Highly concerning behavior from a care provider. And then the provider sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy.
Angel at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I came in sent from another location and didn’t have any idea on how to proceed. She walked me through the steps and got me signed in. Great service!
