This one of the hardest things to write but unfortunately it has to be told. As an HCA employee and going to one your own facility to get help and you don't receive it is the worse. I went to this Urgent care 6/25 in pain maybe a 2/10 thinking I can be seen. There were maybe 3 people in the lobby and 2 young ladies behind the counter checking in.
