RecommendedDr. Richard Hanna is great. The staff is always friendly. So glad they now have an app so you can be placed on their waiting list while you are at home.
I have been here three times, each time on a Saturday since I couldn't get time off to go to my doctor during their regular hours. The care is amazing. They are friendly, professional, thorough and kind. The staff greets you, the doctor takes time to explain everything, and I always get the care I need to feel better.
I am allergic to NSAIDs. I sprained my wrist. The doctor apparently did not look at my chart. He wanted to give me a shot of Tordal (sp?) I asked if that was an NSAID and he said yes. After I explained, I suppose he looked at my chart and got me a steroid pack to treat the inflammation as I had requested. also I was there for over an hour before I was seen.
THey are polite, well skilled and as someone else said, I did not have an issue with them in the slightest - in fact, most places take your charges up front, they waited until the appointment was over with and then took my payment. They also quickly called my pharmacy for the pick up which was ready when I arrived. This place was needed in the area and whomever is running this particular location should be commended on their choice of the staff. Will come visit again, hopefully not too soon.
I had a sore throat for 4 1/2 days and tried everything to relieve the pain. Finally I had my husband drive me to our CareNow facility. The staff was friendly and Dr. Hanna was the nicest and best doctor I have seen in many years and last saw our family doctor when I was 17 for a tonsillectomy. The meds Dr. Hanna prescribed cured my sore throat within a day. I would recommend this CareNow facility to anyone in the area who needs quick medical attention.
I highly Recommend This Facility. I was treated well by everyone from the front desk to the PA. Place was clean they took care of my Issues I was 100 % Satified. Sincerely, One very happy Patient 😊

Staff was super efficient, clinic was super clean!! They even called today to see how I was feeling � They are participating in my insurance so no bigger impact to my wallet than my regular office copay
