Staff was friendly doctor or knowledgeable and accommodating. Great hospitality. Where it goes haywire is when you need a copy of your billing statement and nobody can help you and nobody can find your records and nobody can find that you were actually a patient that is just pathetic and unprofessional each time I’ve called the Location directly.
