Dr. Palese is so bright, yet kind and caring. She thinks carefully about her assessment of the patient’s issues, always analyzing the benefits & the liabilities of her treatment plan. As a patient, I have never felt better cared for.
I never write reviews but my experience with Dr Palese was horrific. I had a serious bout of GERD. It was so bad I had difficulty breathing and could not eat anything. I called Dr Palese and spoke to two different nurses who were very concerned and caring. They informed me she now works two days a week but would call me the next day. I called the next day and spoke with another caring nurse who told me she would call. I never received a return call. Dr. Palese 1st visit. Impressed with explanation of many test results which were not done previously. She made clear what future conditions will stay the same resulting in a more realistic picture of future changes if any.
Dr. Palese is the doctor you want on your side! When I became severely ill on travel, not only did she become my advocate and followed my case, she made sure a team was set up at home ensuring a seamless transition until I was safely under her care.
