I never write reviews but my experience with Dr Palese was horrific. I had a serious bout of GERD. It was so bad I had difficulty breathing and could not eat anything. I called Dr Palese and spoke to two different nurses who were very concerned and caring. They informed me she now works two days a week but would call me the next day. I called the next day and spoke with another caring nurse who told me she would call. I never received a return call. Dr. Palese 1st visit. Impressed with explanation of many test results which were not done previously. She made clear what future conditions will stay the same resulting in a more realistic picture of future changes if any.
Dr. Palese is the doctor you want on your side! When I became severely ill on travel, not only did she become my advocate and followed my case, she made sure a team was set up at home ensuring a seamless transition until I was safely under her care. She is highly responsive, resourceful, and the best in her field. Dr. Palese takes the time to listen and explain your options. Her care literally saved my life.
Dr Palese was excellent, caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
