I arrived on time for my botox appointment having 30 mins at my disposal and other commitments coming up after that. After waiting 15 minutes in the room, I asked how long is the wait and have only been told that the doctor is still busy with another patient. I’ve been seeing Dr. Campbell for a few months for acne treatment and she’s the most intentional and personal dermatologist I’ve ever met. She takes the time to listen and really understand my feelings, then thoroughly explains her recommendations along with the risks and benefits. I’ve never felt like ‘just another patient.’ I also love all of her skincare products. She’s my skin fairy godmother. Worth every penny. I highly recommend her! I have been seeing doctor Campbell for the last 7 years, and I recommend her to all of my friends. She is an excellent cosmetic dermatologist and I have been so happy with how she has taken care of my skin. As a physician myself, I appreciate her bedside manner, promptness, and ability to discuss my options in a clear and concise manner. She is worth the trek into the city from the burbs!
I had a very disappointing experience with this physician. I waited about an hour and a half for my appointment, and during much of the consultation she spoke to me with her eyes almost completely closed, which made her seem extremely disengaged. I came in because I was concerned about significant hair loss, yet she barely examined or touched my scalp.
