This place is the WORST! They used be great until they switched to Optum. They mess up my prescriptions every time I request a refill. Extremely impersonal. Sounds like you’re talking to a robot when you call. Will definitely be switching Dr’s asap.
Very fast professional and clean
I do not recommend this place at all, the one in Brewster, it's a waste of time. I visited that place and they told me they would send the medication to the pharmacy, they never sent it, I went to call and they never answered me, they never gave me the results and they sent me a pretty high bill and I called and they never answered me, well, I paid the bill so they wouldn't bother me even though they didn't give me the results and now they sent me a new bill with a higher amount but they never gave me the results, the truth ... read more
