I have always enjoyed being a patient throughout the years
The staff are great. Very friendly and professional. They always greet you when you come in the office. They answer questions or get back to you if they didn't have the answer when you asked. My only complaint is that I can seem to speak with the staff at my location as I believe that I get sent to the Wellpoint customer care group who dont seem to get my messages to my PCP but I have the patient portal now so hopefully that will help.
