For third time prescription didn't arrive and they don't notify you that it isn't being shipped even tho app says it's on schedule. When you call they say the insurance didn't go thru (no change in insurance) and the bill will be 1000's of dollars for a single dose. If I had a choice I would not use them but my insurance requires I go thru them.
Worst service ever. These people are completely incompetent. It took over a month of calling them daily to get an issue on their end figured out so I could get my prescription. Not once during those 30+ days did anyone I talked to take the 5 minutes to get a higher up to figure out the issue.

I have a chronic illness I can not obtain meds for, even though it's been a month aince my insurance approved it. I also have mental health issues and dealing with this pharmacy has cause two mental health crises for me in less than a week. They still keep saying they don't have insurance information after I've sent it via messaging twice. I'm sorry for anyone that has to use this pharmacy.
You will not have a worse experience today then calling them. The worst customer service, unethical, and awful to deal with. Go somewhere else if you can.
