. We lost power in half of our apt due to an issue with the electricity box outside. Our office told us that is was Centerpoint’s fault but Centerpoint told us that it was our office’s fault. Our management wouldn’t even credit us for all the groceries we lost. Mind you, our power has been out for five days and counting and we have a family of five to feed. I’ve have these issues before at other apartments and they’ve been VERY helpful but at Carelton Courtyard, not so much.
You know it's a bogus place..when the manger crystal leaving reviews like she she live on the property.......run far away from this roach den...dog poop heaven.. It stinks and maintance just getting a free place to live...none of them can fix anything and there thiefs caught one trying go in my room he thought i wasn't home!!!
I've been there almost two years and just renewed fro another year. The office and maintence staff are profressional and curtious at all time. It's a safe and quiet enviroment and well maintaned property. There is a bus stop right outside the complex and within walking distance is a grocery store.Also the beach is within five blocks of the property and the ferry is than a mile from the property. Overall it is home and it will be home for the near future.
