the staff does not care about the clients...only the money,...i had had 0ver 7 care takers...stole from me an broke stuff ...all i heard was i will talk with them....all kids on their phones an lazy...not certified CNA's....no background checks.....
RecommendedI had a good friend that worked for them many years and Loved it til she got ill. I'm planning on using them real soon for my elderly parent.

I work for CareLink and I can tell you that there is Care Givers always waiting to take care of your love ones if they ever need help!
I’m assuming things have changed since the reviews I see here. Turnover is awful. No show rates and call-outs are unbelievable. We’ve had a few caregivers that were good....but of course they quit. We’ve even had a caregiver on a 4.5hr shift leave the house to run to the store and LEAVE ALL THE DOORS UNLOCKED with my grandmother in the house!!!!! I wish I lived in the state so I could help better with the search for different help because this is RIDICULOUS!!!!! 😡☹️😠🤬
