Excellent care
Really frustrated with Carelife there has been no television for a month. They sit with no entertainment. They leave my Mom in diapers with feces all day. Never put her teeth in for meal time. They have lost 5 sets of teeth due to negligence in taking sheets away before checking for them. She had had 3 watches taken a pair of expensive prescription glasses and numerous clothing. Very much lack of respect to expect us to keep paying for their negligence. Really poor management.

My dad has been living here for over 4 months and so far im pleased with care life fleetwood and it's staff. I remember reading the reviews and I was terrified to place him there but I honestly haven't noticed or heard anything that would worry me. I spoke to another patient that informed me that his son has been living there for over a decade which also put me at ease.
