Overall disappointed in the calibre of service. Consistent communication was challenging, at times medication missed, continuous reminders were often required about the Care Plan. When family members were informed that medication was missed, it was not a timely communication, resulting in missed meds. At times PSW's were late for shifts and/or left early.
