I haven’t had PT for a week and OT for over a month. I’ve called 3 times. and every time I’m told someone will call me back have net yet received a call. Shows they don’t care about their clients . It’s ashame the country has gotten to be this way but it has people just don’t care nd neither does caregivers home health. Very good nursing skills, compassionate and understanding. Provided services above and beyond. Thank you!
We found the nurses and aids themselves to be wonderful, however, working with the office was inconsistent service and poor communications, it necessitated we engage another hospice provider. We do highly recommend Nurse Shaloa, she was gentle, emphatic, and professional.
