Only reason why I'm giving a 4 start is because Nursing/bath lady and return calls from their main line DO NOT exist!!! No matter how many times they promise to call you back. They will NOT. On the amazingly Positive side -- My mother used them for approximately 4 months for PT/OT/Nursing. Their PT/OT team are simply AH_Mazing! She had Lori (PT), Carlo (OT) and Dr Gabriel (PT). I’ve worked in healthcare for 30 years and have partnered with many hospice companies. Dementia care requires a very specific approach, and not every provider understands how to communicate with and support these patients. This became personal when my mother needed hospice with dementia. Luther and the Caregivers team have been exceptional. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly understands dementia care. Hi my name is Carlotta and I am very thankful to have the amazing professional care from both of your best nurses Ren and Rhizza. They both care about me as their patient. They listen to me about my concerns of walking on my own again one day. Nurse Rhizza help when I was getting overwhelmed . I sometimes wasn't sure to take a certain pill twice a day. Nurse Ren console me about some important matters also. I missed them both already.
I had a medical emergency that required major abdominal surgery, a lengthy hospital stay and time in rehab. I was discharged with a large open surgical wound and ileostomy. I was so fortunate to be referred to Caregivers Home Health. The initial visit was arranged by rehab for the day after my discharge.
