very unprofessional when it comes to administrative i.e. being in compliance with insurance. They are over extended and need more help in the office. People don't know what people are doing and it trickles down.

I work hand-in-hand with his company a few times. The owner and the DON are awesome. I notice that they helped to accommodate their employees as much as possible. I believe they can be a powerful force in the home health field.
Caregivers USA has the worst record for care. They don’t call till two hours before to cancel. Don’t offer to send anyone. Should have kept the ONE and ONLY person we had that actually did a great job was always on time. Always called night before went above and beyond. HERES A THOUGHT U SHOULD HAVE DONE MORE TO KEEP HER. We have had the worst service from this company. The only good help u let get away.
They help me out everyday Monday through Friday. Their staff is always friendly and helpful.
I have been a client of Caregiver USA for several months now and have been very impressed! They are very professional and hire exceptional people. They are also very good at communicating directly with their clients, something that was sadly missing from other companies in the past that I have dealt with! I would highly reccomend their services.
