I had a very disappointing experience with this home health agency. I unfortunately never started any cases and resigned after just two assignments due to the risk of being lied to and the complete lack of reliability. On the first case, I drove all the way to the client’s location only to find out upon arrival that the case had already been given to someone else. I still have no idea how that happened. Terrible pay TERRIBLE ! They will fool you saying you will only be sitting so that’s why they pay low you are better off with another agency or directly with institutions.. there is no clear and available resource for employees it’s always something different being passed around verbally when it comes to questions regarding pay or just general concerns about your job..they mess up your paystubs and make you wait for the following pay week…you will get canceled and they will not call you so you drive to the hospitals in vein ... read more

Just awful. Booked transport for a 97 year old cousin three days in advance, they wasted my time with paper work, liability waivers, credit card info etc ... and within 15 minutes of the expected pick up they had yet to "find a driver." I did the transport myself. Sorry, this place is a poor excuse for a business, especially when dealing with seniors. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
