Great company!! Very friendly and professional. They showed up at the beginning of their window and went to work immediately. They were efficient and I never had to repeat any placement/packing request. All my items arrived safely with no damage, and they took apart and rebuilt several pieces of furniture quickly. They were not the cheapest option I looked at, but I am glad I went with them as they are of higher quality than most services I have used for my past moving experiences. I will definitely use them again!
From receiving the estimate, to working out the details a few days before the move, and disassembling/reassembling some furniture, the team at Careful Movers was terrific! Would definitely use them again. Our move from Redwood City to Oakland for a 1-BR was about 4.5 hours. It went so smoothly and quickly!
As their name implies, they are very careful movers! We were very impressed with everything about their operation. The estimate they made at the beginning had to be modified because we changed the schedule twice for moving but they stuck to their original estimate. They were very efficient at packing and unpacking our goods in the beginning and the end of the journey, and we liked the crew a lot. They were a very careful group, especially considering COVID-19 concerns. We were very happy with Careful Movers.
The service was great! Highly professional and experienced team. The mover showed up in time and act very efficiently. Also helped me with their professional advices. The estimate was very accurate. That was an easiest move in my life.
Such a fantastic service. In the past, we've had some pretty negative experiences with moves so despite all the positive reviews, we weren't entirely optimistic. But wow did these guys prove us wrong! Courteous, speedy, and an absolute pleasure to work with. And much more affordable than competitors! Highly recommend Careful Movers.
