Pool yes. Service no – Great sales presentation and quality plan. Once you are into working with the company the headaches are fast and furious. Our pool took over 5 months to rebuild with materials being ordered wrong and work delays. The concrete around the pool started to crack with a month and we were told that would would have to deal with the sub contractor on that. There are many other companies to choose from so choose one of those.
Outstanding service and construction – Always on time construction schedule, friendly customer service and I love my pool it turned out beautifully!

I love our pool – We service pools in our business and they built a first class pool for us. We really enjoy it and use our backyard for grilling and being with our family and friends. Jacob and Adrian were always helpful during the construction and Daisy was helpful with the scheduling of our pool.
Good Business – Our experience with Carefree Toland Pools was excellent. They did everything they said they would do, and they did it on time. Everyone in the office was considerate, and responded quickly to my questions. I would highly recommend them.
We love our pool – This was our second swimming pool we had them build for us and as with the first one they were terrific. The office staff was helpful and kept us informed with the progress and the men in the field were as helpful and were very much concerned about the quality of the pool they were building us. Keep looking unless you like headaches... – Yes, we used "Carefree" Toland Pools to build us a huge pool and spa. They built a large nice setup with spa and all the bells and whistles. Our pool is still in the warranty period. It remains to be seen how well it performs through its first summer.
The best pool builder in town – We had our pool built last year and they lived up to everything they agreed to and more. Jacob and Adrian were excellent. Daisy in the office kept us informed of the progress. All of the subcontractor were clean and our pool is beautiful. Thanks Tolands. Your pool makes for a great family gathering.
The Worst Pool Company – Salesman talked a great game, made wonderful promises, set deadlines, said not to worry--all that was just to make the sale. Carefree installed a new pool/spa, but promises and price were all broken. Always had excuses for why they couldn't stick to the schedule, why they needed to charge more. If they promise you a pool in 6-8 weeks, expect 6-8 months. If they promise you a price of say, $30,000, expect to pay $5000 more in change orders.
