Absolutely no customer service. This company came out two months ago following a service request. They refuse to provide a reasonable timeframe for appointments, date only, no time. Then they do not show up. Disappointing when you work from home and have to plan. Once they diagnosed the problem, they told us it is a flat fee to repair when I requested a breakdown. We had a great experience with Carefree. **** spent a lot of time with us to answer our questions, is extremely knowledgeable, and has been very responsive to follow up questions even after our purchase. The install was flawless, and we are very happy with the spa.
Carefree **** put in our hot tub 5 years ago and serviced it as needed, until recently. They came out in the fall to fix a pump. Our hot tub is located built into our deck so we are able to step down into it, not up, with the back of the deck able to be removed for service. The control panel of the hot tub is not the easiest to access, due to how Carefree positioned the hot tub when first installed. Why a builder would build a service bay in such any obviously poor position is where your anger should be. We are not and have never been a contractor. HORRIBLE ******** SERVICE!! I called as a potential customer inquiring about a hot tub.. the salesmans name was **** ******. He acted nice the first time I spoke to him. But after that he got demanding and was less than friendly.. zero customer service ! I was interested in financing and his last text to me basically stated that since I didnt have time to talk to the finance lady and give her my info, he was going to take the hot tub off hold ( I never asked him to do that anyway) unless I call him with a down payment! not sure what the problem is. no service was provided to be graded. - she didn't want to secure a spa with a deposit. Though the salesperson tried to reserve the spa for a short time, she was told a deposit is the only way to solidify that. -she wanted to get financing 1st. thats Ok. She didn't have time on Monday. -Again, salesperson tried to hold but cannot without a deposit. This is standard in business. -Asking her to secure the spa with a text is a correct method. Carefree Spas was great at informing us about spas and their instillation was 2nd to none.The installers were also knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them for your Spa needs.
My family has enjoyed using the Metro spa for many years! We have tall and active people in our clan so we endure many aches and pain from our activities. The spa is an absolute pleasure to be able to immerse our sore bodies for relief. The company , Sundance Spas, have friendly people who are ready to help and service when needed. They are also knowledgeable about the spas and chemicals to use to create a safe solution for use. I would recommend this facility to anyone interested in buying or maintaining a spa.

**** was a professional throughout the whole process. He kept me totally informed throughout the repair process. He gave me options and talked me through all my decisions. The sales and service managers were also a great help. It was a huge and costly repair but I?m glad they brought my old tub back to life. The only issue I felt was missed was having all my old parts that need to go to the trash being left in my yard and not hauled away or at least taken to the trash can to add the final touch to the complete restoration. Great experience working with Care Free Spas. From sales and servicing previously owned spas to inquiring about new models with no high pressure sales tactics, just solid information to base decisions on. The service personnel and installers are all great to work with and very resourceful/informative to assist in completing the task at hand. The installation of our new Envoy was outstanding !!
