Manager does not do anything, picks and chooses what rules to enforce on who when he feels like it. Does not help with neighbor desputes even when some one is violating the rules rent goes up 30 to 50 dollars a yr with zero work or upgrades ever being done. I still can't figure out how to reach the higher ups that actually own this property. I would not recommend getting a place here I have been here 4 yrs now and I'm very disappointed that I picked this park.
I don't like places that have high lot rent. There's a beautiful mobile home park in Madison County that is owned by a manufacturer dealership. There rent is the same as when I left in the early 2000's. They realized people have mortgages to pay and that's not their main business. They sell homes singles, doubles, triples, and huge modulars. They are always installing the huge modular on prive private. He learned well from his father to run an ho est business.
if you notice every house is clean and no snow plow. the only house 131. idk why they did that but they are like this to anyone.
