Good service and knowledgeable staff. I got teased for being a "youngster" because I called and didn't leave a voicemail, which was amusing considering I skipped the online ordering route and drove to a brick-and-mortar store to buy the part in person. They had exactly what I needed and were fine to work with. Glad to have a local shop like this around.
Very disappointed after being a long-time customer. Be careful when dealing with this company if customer service and accountability matter to you. I had an expensive repair and it failed 3 months later and they are charging me again for labor - I do not trust their technical work. The bigger issue was the owner and technician's attitude — rude, dismissive, and completely unconcerned about customer loyalty.
I have a 14 year old Jacuzzi that came with the purchase of our home three years ago. Ken and his team at Care Free Spas has been there time and time again. I am a DYI guy but know my limits. They have great service for every situation. I have had technicians out in the past that have provided prompt, accurate, and professional service. Then when it is a holiday weekend and I need to get parts, Ken is there at the shop on Saturday helping me get the parts I need to get my spa working again.
