The installation and product look nice, but are concerned that the downspouts are located near walking areas and have sharp edges. We've contacted the office several times for help addressing our concern and have received no response. This is unsatisfactory.
Wonderful product and great customer service. They color matched the gutters to the existing vinyl with no extra cost. Looks so good. More than a year after installation I needed something to divert torrential rain coming down from two roofs meeting. Prompt service with no extra cost. The workers even cleaned a a few leaves that had accumulated. As they left I was again told to call if I needed anything else.

Did a great, job accept broke a limb on a very expensive acer when asked specifically not to. Also, broke a spot light on the eave of the roof, then did not offer to replace it. I had to go to the store buy a bulb and use an extension ladder to reach it. At my age not a great idea. Otherwise, the sales person was great, and the job was done well. Very happy with the service and product. I decided to install the gutters on the back section of our home and evaluate for 3 - 6 months before I have the other sections replaced. So far I am very pleased. The quality of the product has improved the appearance of the house as the original gutters looked undersized and cheap.
Excellent work - have recommended your gutter install to several people - accepted your offer as soon as I got an outrageous estimate from the "Helmet people" for only adding a cover to my undersized gutters... your list of satisfied customers included not only my zip code but persons I knew personally - called one of them and got an excellent reference - then called you all back to confirm the order. I recently had my second Carefree Gutter Guard system installed, this time on a 26 year old home just purchased. As before, the crew did a masterful job. The salesman, Ken Newman, (KenN@carefreeGutterGuard.com) measured exactly and even came after the installation to ensure everything was as it should be. There is no better leaf-free gutter system. Installation team did an excellent job installing the gutter and left my property neat and clean. Sales in my opinion held up the process for installation because he did not advise me that the decorative angles on the fascia board that the gutters were suppose to connect to need to be removed. When the installation team came last fall to install the gutters the fascia need to be altered and would cost an additional $500.00 I did not plan on or could afford. Our Tulip Poplar is dropping lots of pods and flowers! Normally that would mean clogged gutters but not this year with our new gutters with the Carefree Gutter Guard. Last week we had a very heavy rain and I enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the gutters work perfectly; no more overflowing gutters!
