Our ducts collapsed for whatever reason. I spoke with Dave on Friday afternoon and he arranged to send two men for what he estimated would be 2 hours each. I thought it might take longer. The men arrived on time, worked efficiently and completed the job within one hour. Needless to say, I appreciated the entire operation from booking to completion!
