Incompetent ! Makes a diagnosis for kidney infection. Doesn’t call the prescription in for days, made it worse. Had to go to urgent care to get a higher dose and for longer period of time. Third visit she walks in and introduces herself and says “I don’t believe we’ve met .” Obviously she doesn’t read charts. Could go on with her mistakes . She is definitely on a power trip .when confronted, she fires her patient and calls pd on them. Stay away from this one !!!!!
All I gotta say is Kristan whatever is unhelpful and uneducated, even overheard her saying that she wasn’t gonna place someone labs when she was clearly in pain and worried for her situation. You’re suppose to supply people with comfort and understanding. Not more unanswered questions.
Ronald W Roberts had his 1st appt w/you on 3/31/2026 and was absolutely amazed by the pleasant experience he received. From the Receptionist, the Nurse, Kristen Mescan,APRN,FNP and the Lab Technician who drew his blood, he knew immediately this will be the perfect for all his medical visits. Thank you for your medical expertise and being so pleasant and helpful.
