Top notch facility! Friendly, extremely knowledgeable staff, polite. Wait is always under 5 minutes, the doctors are all so nice and well trained. Highly recommend.
I was in extreme pain when I was seen today. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. They really took the time to see to my needs.
I was told I had only sprained my foot after x-rays and examination, but when I got a second opinion, it turned out to be broken in 4 places! Due to the mis-diagnosis from beechmont urgent care, I walked on a broken foot for 10 days!
I just love Molly the physician. She is awesome and she really cares to make a person better. I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. I am never there over 15 mins waiting on doctor. They move very fast. I am always in and out satisfied!!! I will always choose this as my first place of care before going to ER.
This care center ripped me off and my insurance company (Humana) Before they would see me they said they could only give me a referral to a surgeon as they didn't do surgery at the their facility. That was fine by me. As it turned out, the referral was no good. They needed to attach a number to it, which they did NOT do. Now I have to go to another Dr. for a true referral. This is insurance fraud and my copay or $35 was wasted as well. I will report this to the insurance commission of the State of OHIO as fraud.
Closes at 3:00 on Saturdays per the note on the door not 10pm
Closes at 7:45 not 8 and if you show up there at 7:50 they will refuse to help you. Hannah at the front desk is rude. If you try and call between 7:45 and 8 they will pick up the phone and hang up on you with out saying hello.
I walked in with hip/back problems at 9 PM. Easy check in. Taken to exam room before I finished the two-sided form. Doctor came in within 20 minutes of my arrival. He was very professional. Good listener. Comforting. Gave me options. I left in a much better state after a 45 minute visit. Convenient location. Nice Office.
This place is horrible. When I walked in the lady at the desk was more worried about ordering her pizza and killing a critter walking around than checking us in. It was busy at all so we really didn't wait that long but it did take the lady a while to put my information in. There was a male nurse that was pretty nice and he did my daughters stats. the Dr came in the room and was there for maybe a minute tops. my daughter was running a 102 temp and has been having stomach and back aches.
