I was visiting from out of town and suffered a serious injury to my finger en route to Vegas. The wait time was short and the staff super helpful and friendly. Dr. Son and the other medical staff were very caring and informative. No rushing me through. Can’t thank them or praise them highly enough!
Website specifically lists the flu under services provided...yet they do not do flu swabs there. After getting the swab done elsewhere and results sent there, it took several hours and multiple phone calls to even get them to call in the prescription.
Went in to get tested for flu. They misdiagnosed me with layngitis. Now, instead of having tamiflu to help me, which is why I went in @24 hrs of symptoms, I am riding out the worst flu I have ever had. No one introduces themselves, so you don't know a tech from a nurse from a dr. Felt like I was in a nursing school. Very sloppy. This may sound nitpicky, but please tie hair back. I have been there mostly for poison ivy due to being highly allergic and every time they have done a great job of getting ride of it. The last time I went though, it was for an ear infection from lake water. And they were great like normal but when the pharmacy gave me the wrong medicine they called and took care of it. Then the doctor called the next day to check and make sure the medicine was working. Overall very happy with the service.
I felt ripped off because I had to pay a $100 deposit (non-refundable) when the facility over-diagnosed me. They insisted that I take an ambulance to a hospital for a heart attack, because I had been treated before for chest pains and had stents. I even let them take an EKG, which turned up negative. I have never had a heart attack and (as I told them) I was not having heart problems. I was having chest muscle pains. Staff was friendly. New location is very nice. NP Meagan Hawkins was very professional and not only treated my issue but she listened to me as well.
We were greeted upon arrival, seen very quickly for shortness of breath and severe congestion. Dr. Nguyen and medical assistant were very professional and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to return for any urgent needs
I went in for a pinch nerve the medication they gave me gave me sweat my ears ringing dizziness stomach ache so I called them up to see if they can change my medication they told me to go to the ER I don't know why I even went there I got no help at all I was out of town and now its been 5 days in my arm still feels the same I did not get any help from there but yet they charge you that's what's wrong with our economy going down its a practice they get payed and don't care . Very disappointed. Just wanted a second opinion on a sore throat I had been having, felt I didn't get answers at the first urgent care I was seen at the day before.. Wasn't strep throat but I was feeling terrible. The lady doctor told me I looked fine and it was just drainage. And asked me what I was seeking.. I could hear them talking about me as well when I was in the exam room.I have two small children I just wanted to make sure I was taking the right antibiotics and steps to feel better.
