I went in with a severe cough/ bronchitis last Monday. I sign in, fill out my paperwork, and wait (mind you, I just visited last year and paid the $75 copay. Nothing else was mentioned this time about any other fees)... Back to last week, I was called to the desk and informed that I had to pay half of a late fee of over $300 PLUS the $75 copay. I have always been pleased with this place! Staff is professional, and caring. Everything was explained to me, and less wait than anywhere around!!
1 star is to many. We've been here 2 hrs for a physical and still haven't seen a Dr. I swear on everything I love I'm calling and complaining until they fix this damn problem. NEVER EVER EVER come here unless it's a emergency.
Very fast and efficient. I left my house at 7:18 and was back home at 8:28 which included drive time (10 minutes each way) and a stop to pick up my son's prescription. Walgreens just a couple miles down the road had already received the prescription when I arrived even though we'd just been discharged five minutes earlier.
I was in Dayton, visiting for a competition, and injured my hand. The wonderful staff and health care providers at this facility made me feel welcomed and nurtured. I was in and out of their office in just under 35 minutes. This was truly one of the best experiences that I have ever had with an urgent treatment clinic. Thank you so much!
