我是70多岁老人，我在这个医疗中心得到Dr.Kevin Liu的治疗和服务真的很欣慰。这是一个非常有耐心而且有水平的医生。我的脚面和脚底皮肤溃烂瘙痒有半年之久，以为是湿疹或真菌感染，只是自己涂些药膏来缓解。最近溃烂严重实在难受，3月10日找Kevin医生就诊，他诊断是静脉血栓造成，让我穿绷带袜，我很怀疑，但还是按处方买回绷带袜子，结果到今天我穿了三天，溃烂的地方结痂了，皮肤恢复很快，瘙痒也停止了，我感到很惊讶也很佩服，谢谢kevin医生。我会继续这个治疗方法直至全好！谢谢！
實在太好了！醫生護士團隊非常專業。除了約見醫生要等幾星期外（冇法，他們很忙），我沒有其他不滿。若是緊急可聯絡護士部門，他們會轉告醫生，醫生會電聯我。護士團隊很有禮貌及友善。他們的提示系統很好，我忘記了約打破傷風針，過了六個月，他們會電聯提醒我。
Please, I am begging you—fix the phone system. I live only 5 minutes away, and I was so excited to have such a modern clinic nearby. But today, I tried to call back a missed call for, and I was stuck on hold for 30 minutes and just got hung up on. 😥 I honestly think something is wrong with the phone system. I'm worried if I really need an appointment for something serious in the future that it will be impossible to get through, and then be forced to visit in person instead.
