I don’t understand what kind of ethics this agency has. Very disrespectful support office staff- nurses” Anna and Yesenia are very disrespectful and don’t know business boundaries and how to stay in their verbal professional lane as “nurses” and not administration. . My grandma receives services from here and i am so beyond grateful she is helped by this company. They are extremely kind and speak with educate. Yessi, she is truly one in a million. She’s always super attentive of my grandma. I believe all the staff there makes sure my grandma gets 10/10 service. I highly recommend this company!
The nurses and agents are very professional and on top of the patients care. My grandmother receives care through this agency and the nurses are always on top on her medication and the agents are always so nice and helpful!
They had a sign on door for free chha training go upstair to get information and the receptionist didn't understand or speak any english and I really think it shameful that they have someone at the desk who can't speak both language and doing customer service and then she went to get help and they didn't know english either like come on now
