Visited on good Friday, short wait time in lobby. Receptionist and most of nursing staff very efficient and pleasant. After vitals and information taken in exam room, as i waited there the lights went out(motion censored I guess)no motion no lights. NP came in never asked me to get on exam table, never listened to bowel sounds, no physical exam at all. I had been having abd issues for a week. Sent to ER for CT and labs. abd
I am new to the area and unfortunately ended up with pneumonia and had to find an urgent care to get treated and holy moly I love this place, every single person I interacted with were so sweet, caring, and thorough. The lobby has plus size seating and everything is very clean. Though I’d like not to HAVE to go back, if I’m ever sick again there’s no question where I’m going! <3
My visit was awesome! They took of me promptly and professionally.
