Came in at 8:07am with 2 of my sick children at 9:20 I ask when they will be seen. Due to them having a meeting. they decided to see a full waiting room of ppl before EITHER of my children.

Waited 4 hours just to get a doctor’s note for for work.
Saturday, not open yet advertise open 7 days a week. Just a nite on the door - not open. Unacceptable for an urgent care.
