Visited from out of town for my son. The dr was nice, which was a plus. However, he threw up twice in office and yet she wanted to run a strep test (we are self pay and I told her I wanted to avoid unnecessary tests) because his throat was red (uh, yea...we told the dr he'd been throwing up for days and their whole staff heard the poor boy throw up while we were waiting for the dr to even see him). Dr prescribed medicine that could not be filled and pharmacy reached out to find alternative and Dr would not respond.
Northwest doesn't take caresource insurance. Clean, large, nice atmosphere .
I wish I could leave 0 stars. My daughter was seen Monday morning for ear pain, diagnosed with swimmer's ear, prescribed ear drops and cleared to return to summer camp. 12 hours later, she was back at home in Chicago being diagnosed with a double ear infection, swimmer's ear in both ears, and a ruptured left ear drum. Before making the drive back to Chicago, we first stopped back here to ask if they'd quickly re-check her ears, as her pain was now in both ears (vs. one) and had gotten much, much worse.
