Highly recommended career counselor – Norm Meshiry assisted me greatly evaluating my career options. Norm gave me valuable advice on how to best present myself in an interview, and on a resume. Effective, attuned career counselor and coach – Norm Meshriy has been instrumental in aiding me in a mid-life re-evaluation of career options. We started out with some standard diagnostic tests--Myers Briggs and the like--which pointed out my natural strengths and validated my own intuitions about the kinds of work, relationships, and opportunities that would best suit me at this stage of my life. Quality resume – I used Norm's services recently as I began a new job search and needed to update a very old resume. He did a great job of accentuating the positive and diminishing the negatives and produced a wonderful resume that I have been using since that time. His turn around was quick and he was responsive with any issues that came up as we prepared the document. Great Resource – Norm is great. I began working with him ten years ago when transitioning from one career to another. At the time I was unsure whether I had the goods to make that change, but he guided me through the process. He got me to articulate my goals (and my qualifications) so that I could see for myself that it was possible. Not helpfull at all – All Norman did was talk about himself and his experiences, and I had to pay for that. He was slow and I was paying by the hour. At the end of 6 sessions, I still was no closer to knowing anything more than I did when I started.
