I would have been a new patient but couldn't get past the front desk. I waited for over an hour in the waiting room while many people who came in after me were called. When I brought it to the attention at the front desk I was told that the hold up was because they needed to "verify my insurance" and were getting ready to call me. She was rude and dismissive. If you’re looking for a family doctor, I do not recommend. I have been going to this office for almost 7 years with no issues no problems The doctor pretended to be my best friend and then one day I go to my appointment and I’m told she will no longer see me as a patient gives me absolutely no reason why because there was no reason for that I have health issues that I have just recently found out about she was supposed to be doing test This month to find out what was going on with my thyroid, But instead dismissed me as a pa... read more

Care Connect Family Practice has an amazing staff. I have had the pleasure of being a patient since before the name was changed. If you are seeking a physician, LAUREN BROOKE ESCHMAN is not one you should choose. Lauren lacks ethics, she lacks morals & she lacks values. I felt as if I was finally in the exact medical regimen I needed until one day I wasn't.
