Update: 03/29/21 - CareCloud is down again. It was slow at the end of last week as well. Update 03/21/21 - CareCloud is down again. This has happened multiple times this month. The support at CareCloud never has answers to why this is happening. There is no one at CareCloud that will address this issue and they still do not have a client side back-up option. Getting fed up with the recurrent care cloud crashes...unable to access CC EMR records...I have a full schedule today...I've been told on last crash that "its an ongoing server issue"...result is that we have to cancel appts, inconveniencing patients, and costing the practice time and money...its 8:38 am and we still are unable to access care cloud...we pay prime dollar for this EMR...Frustration is putting it mildly...THIS IS COMPROMISING PATIENT CARE...Still awaiting call back from care cloud...yes, I just vented, still no... read more
Update 02/09/21 - Carecloud is down again. Two days in a row. Update: 02/08/21 - The carecloud server is down again. I am not able to chart on any patients. Carecloud still does not have a backup in place when their server goes down, which is evident by the number of updates I have listed on my review. If you are looking for an EMR, I would stay away until they have an effective back up plan for the frequent server and soft ware issues. Update: 11/25/2020 - I wish that I had better news. This is my 3rd year of CareCloud and we are working as hard as we can to get out. The application, in 2021, still uses FLASH. What a security and processor hogging nightmare. The reason I have time to write this review, is because it is down again. Run away, you're better off with pen and paper.
Update: 11/25/2020 - I wish that I had better news. CareCloud on a regular basis continues to run slowly. Today, which is a very busy procedure day for me, the app is not working at all. I am not able to document any of the procedures I am doing, which means that I will have a lot of extra work when it is back up and running. Continual frustruation.
