I used aides through this company for my mom in her 80’s. They were compassionate & respectful with her & helped make my day more productive. I had the opportunity to get things done knowing my mom was well taken care of. The owner, Celeste, truly cares & listens to your needs to find the best match for your loved one. Celeste was awesome when I called her to talk she came to my nursing home room we talk told me all about CareBuilders. I could say within first 15min I had a great feeling and new I was going to be with CareBuilder. Amanda she was like family she did everything. A family emergency brought me from New Jersey to Charlotte to assist in the care of my elderly aunt and uncle. Other than the occasional visit to Charlotte I was unfamiliar with the city. My experience with CareBuilders at Home was outstanding from the start! I had returned home from surgery, expecting a company with whom I had conversations about my level of care needed, my expectations only to get to my house and see no one. At that time the company stated they were still looking for someone to provide me with the postoperative care. I need it.
