I used aides through this company for my mom in her 80’s. They were compassionate & respectful with her & helped make my day more productive. I had the opportunity to get things done knowing my mom was well taken care of. The owner, Celeste, truly cares & listens to your needs to find the best match for your loved one. Celeste was awesome when I called her to talk she came to my nursing home room we talk told me all about CareBuilders. I could say within first 15min I had a great feeling and new I was going to be with CareBuilder. Amanda she was like family she did everything. A family emergency brought me from New Jersey to Charlotte to assist in the care of my elderly aunt and uncle. Other than the occasional visit to Charlotte I was unfamiliar with the city.
