My wife and I worked with Care Builders for the past 2-3 years helping with my father-in-law after having a stroke. Jeff Brown was very hands-on from the beginning, making sure we had the coverage we needed, reaching out when unexpected changes came up, and always available to answer any questions relating to care and billing. Jeff Brown made a personal visit to our home, inspected it for hazards, made safety recommendations and answered every one of our questions as to service options and cost. Every person that he has sent to assist us has been friendly, professional and caring. We are completely satisfied.
We have used CareBuilders twice to help my Mom after surgery. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and really gave me and my Mom peace of mind that she had help during her recovery and could focus on getting better.
